In Shape Landscape was founded in North Vancouver in 2015. As a second generation gardener with long-established roots in North Vancouver, owner Christopher Rivera has over ten years of experience in the landscaping industry. Although he enjoys getting his hands dirty, he also loves getting to use his creativity and artistry to design spaces that bring joy to his clients. From the lushness of our Pacific Coast rainforests to the Japanese garden traditions he grew up with, Chris finds inspiration everywhere. He strives to find the perfect balance between comfort and beauty. His goal is not only to create beautiful landscapes and outdoor areas but also to improve the way we live. He is passionate about people and spaces and always designs with functionality in mind. Chris brings an outstanding work ethic, tremendous efficiency, as well as the skills and dependability which have made his company one that has earned the loyalty of his clients.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS

We are highly conscious of the materials we use and are knowledgeable about how plants can thrive without wasting water or using harmful pesticides. Although droughts aren't usually an issue in Vancouver, we are still fans of xeriscaping as it can promote beautiful spaces that generally require less water, fertilizer, maintenance, and pest control than traditional landscaping (which also saves you time and money).
